For The Past 4 Nights I Wake Up Coughing And

for the past 4 nights i wake up coughing and having trouble breathing. i take my nebulizer treatment and some cough syrup and then sleep sitting up in my recliner. I also had a bad asthma attack about 2 weeks ago. i find myself short of breath and a heavyness in my chest. at the moment i am recovering from a foot reconstructive surgery. with no weight bearing for 8 weeks. after looking at my discharge papers i see a box with bold typing. says new condition congestive heart failure. so im wondering if that is more my problem
