For The Past 8 Days I Have Had To Switch

for the past 8 days I have had to switch from nylon to cotton bras I am not exactly sure what I have but under mostly under my breast and on top have been itching non stop soreness ,wetness even after I try off very warm what is wrong with me what do I have and how can I cure it
