For The Past Few Days I've Been Feeling Like A

for the past few days I've been feeling like a gurgling bubbling feeling in my right rib cage more towards my back..what could this be? my mother has history of lung cancer and had her right lung taken out..could this possibly be a leak in ur lunk or something? have not had any injury or anything. could it be trapped gas ? Thanks
