For The Past Few Years I Have Been Experiencing Pain

for the past few years I have been experiencing pain in my arms, legs and hip along with back pain causing me to loose strength. Along with dizzy spells fatigue and weight gain. My previous doctor said I had the beginning stage of arthritis in my knees and neck and problems with sciatica. I am not one to take medication just because I want to get down to the root of the problem then treat it. I am worried because of my family history my grandmother and uncle had/have Lupus. Mother had cancer.
