for the past six years i have has trouble with concentration, remembering, simple things or current events, I have had ceverical spinal fusion c5/6 , higher blood pressure, to the point of er and a carido step down hospital stay, now I am doing follow apts, with a clinic and with a heart doctor, also stage 2 copd to complicated things I need advice
