For The Past Two Months Have Been On Antibiotics Due

for the past two months have been on antibiotics due to UTI and chronic tonsillitis. Finally, got rid of everything but i started to feel like I had a yeast infection. My Labia minor was swollen, texture changes a bit with small creases and tiny white bumps that come and go (assuming due to how irritated it is). I went to the GYN and she said my symptoms were consistent with a yeast infection and she prescribed two pills of diflucan 150mg. One to take immediately and the next in three days. After the first pill, I felt I was getting better but by the third day it was bad again and i took the second pill. its been two days and I'm still not 100%. my labia is a bit red and my labia minora is sticky consistency and they are at times sticking together. I just called my doctor back and she prescribed a topical cream with an applicator to apply directly to the site. My worry is that this may no the a yeast infection. is there cases of yeast infections that are this resistant, and what else could be causing these symptoms?
