For The Past Two Weeks I Have Been Having Attacks

for the past two weeks I have been having attacks of dizziness ( the room seems to be moving back and forth) with follow a period of feeing quisy. When they come on I cannot focus, get sweaty, than cold and tired. I also belch ( which is something I do not do normally.) Theses started in 2003 and I have had periods of up to 2 years where I have not experienced anything. I have had numerous MRI of my brain ( the last on in summer of 2014) and there are no signs of MS or any growths. When they occur it has prevented me from functioning. Also, with these that I am having I seem to have some sort of flash occur on the right side of my face
