For The Past Two Weeks, I've Been Having This Weird

for the past two weeks, I've been having this weird body attack then happens like once every 2 days maybe. I first will get really nauseated and then my body becomes SO weak that I can barely move or open my eyes. The tips of my fingers will get really numb and my feet will get super cold. I'll get really hot but really cold at the same time and sweat just pours out of me. I feel so sick when this happens that I'm scared I won't wake up if I fall asleep. I have also been having a lot of pain, almost like someone is pinching me, in my chest like near my heart sort of. And when I lay on my left side, I get extreme pain near my left shoulder. An episode like this hasn't happened in about almost a week but for the past two days, my lower left back has been in so much pain and for a few hours now, I feel like I'm in a daze. It's just really frustrating me. I sleep ALL the time now.
