Freak Accident.. I Play College Lacrosse And Have Not Broken

freak accident.. i play college lacrosse and have not broken too many bones other than 4 fingers, a metacarpol (thumb, spelling?) and my hip in 2 places (back in high school).....knockwood in lacrosse... anyways, i really drilled my shin on the side of my dresser by accident. right away, in the middle of my leg on the frontal part of my shin, a quartered-size bump popped up immediately with a red/blood colored center... i felt the lump and it's not soft but actually feels like bone. any shot i chipped it? or would i be in wayyy more pain than this? thanks!
