Frm The Time I Stand Up Ea Am My Nose

frm the time I stand up ea am my nose starts running non stp and both ears plug, will cont unless I sit down for an extended amt of time.Will even cause me to lose voice from drainage if on my feet alot. Has nothing to do with a cold or allergies and antihistamines have no effect. Will go thru 6 or more tissues while in grocery store or anywhere else. Is totally related to my being on my feet, suspected it was a side effect of seizure meds but this basically started a few yrs ago around same time seizures started. My seizures also have a postural trigger ie turning my head upside down while washing, blowing dry etc. So no wondering if they are related.
