From My Genitals Down Just Today, After Using Some Germ/bleach

from my genitals down just today, after using some germ/bleach product, I simply have dinner, a cigarette and watch tv. soon after I look down and see these red dots. they seem to have been splattered as if the origin point was my crotch and blood splatter went accordingly down my legs at opposite angles. no itch. totally underneath. I have cirrhosis, pancreatitis, gallstones, diabetes, among physical ailments. the neurotic social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive/compulsive disorder, mood disorders and phobias of public places may enlighten a bit, but I pray it's something simple. thank you doctor.
