From Time To Time, Most Recently Now, I Have A

from time to time, most recently now, I have a lump in my throat that I can't seem to swollow. After a while (2-3 hours) I can finally clear my throat and cough up what is clear flem, then the lump is gone until it builds back up again. Following and during eating, I feel a burning sensiation in my upper chest directly below where neck and chest area come together.
