Gone Through An Abortion 2 Years Ago. It Was Tablet

gone through an abortion 2 years ago. it was tablet induced and after the process was done some remnants were left and they were also removed after medication.
Its been 2 years and now I am gain getting married.
my period lasts for only two days.both the days are heavy.
are there any complication i should worry about
