Good Morning Sir, In Right Leg(heel) I Have Some Ulcer

good Morning sir, In Right leg(heel) I have some ulcer type problem( in hindi it called gorkhul-what it is called in medical term i dont no ) it happen in my childhood . Two times it was operated by surgen,but all in vein. nowadays I have no other option to cut it thru saving blade,else it gives me pain during walking.I need some permanent solution. Pl. suggest. regards shashikant Mishra
