Good Afternoon, I Am A Thirty Three Year Old Female

good afternoon, I am a thirty three year old female with no prior history of any type of pain in the head, except migraines, occasionally. at the beginning of may up until the present day, I have had, five "episodes", they start with a stomach pain, followed by slight confusion, followed by the need to lay down, followed by intense pressure in my head, I am awake , but cannot respond to people, I start hyperventilating, to the point of not being able to control my breathing, my lips and fingers go numb, the whole process last fifteen to twenty minutes, and when the episode is over, I am normal again, except for being tired. I have had a ct scans, my heart, my lungs, a eeg, blood work, and all comes back fine. my blood pressure has been higher since my first episode and nothing seems to trigger them or stop them once I figure out it is happening.
