good day, I'm gillian.. pls I was told I have some free fluid collection in my pouch of Douglas after I had a miscarriage of a 3wk pregnancy and now I'm pregnant again after 1month. Also the ovaries appear slightly enlarged with multiple small cysts measuring less than 10mm in diameter suggesting PCOS. please could this affect pregnancy or chances of conceiving and what treatments can be suggested.
