Good Day Doc. My Problem Is My Urine Is Just

good day doc. my problem is my urine is just passing only on my testes and penis. I cant feel my urination in my urinary bladder. i have frequent urination. minute after minute. sometime a only a small amount of urine passing through without force. My urinalysis so far is normal. I have my ultrasound of my kdneys. only a 2 tiny lithiasis found in both sinus of my kidneys. everytime I sit. it feels that urine is on the tip of my penis.
