Good Day Doctor I Have A Problem Since Last Years

i have a problem since last years i was suffering from severe constipation which resulted in me taking my waste which is full blood.it was very painful and sometimes i do have them now.my problem is that i developed some small piece of meat around my anus and it is so embarrasing and i want to know how can i cure my constipation and are these small meat harmful....and how do i remove them
