Good Day I Knocked My Right Hand Or Wrist The

good day i knocked my right hand or wrist the other day i forgot about it but last night ob my hand joint and thumb plus a small jelly like bump..so much pain...no swelling just pain i take just plain over the counter pills but this is not cutting the pain...im packing it with an oce pack...should i see a doctor
