Good Evening - My Husband Has Had Open Heart Surgery

good evening - my husband has had open heart surgery and is on warfarin. he is doing great with it but he has a lot of pain in his knees and shoulders. we have read about instraflex being helpful for this problem but not sure if it would cause a conflict with his blood thinner. he is 79 years old.
