Good Evening Doctor.my Name Is Larisa I Am 50 Years

good evening Doctor.my name is Larisa i am 50 years old . I had light headack and checked my blood pressure . it was 130 over 84,however my pulse was 51 > i was not even able to walk because I was very dizzy and also I vometed (these symptomps last for at least 3hours.from 12am to 3am). now my pulse is 60.
