good moring Doctor. I'm Mansoor aged 67, suffering from ostroarthritis complaint since 15 years. I have been consuming Cartigen Forte for the past one year, each a day. I request you to advise me should there be any side effects due the continuance of usage. I used to do fitness exercises such as swiming, slight weight lifting etc., to keep me fit. Can I can continue with the excercise and increase the daily dosage?.
