good morning Dr.. my mom is 41years old,. she will have severe pain during menstrual bleed, her friend suggest her to take meftal tablet a year ago,. my mom felt relief when she takes it, she is continuing to take this tab every month since a year, per month 3-4tabs... from a few months shez feeling acidity....my mom is having high b.p and daily she will b taking amlodipine&telmisartan combination tablet... taking all this into consideration can u suggest which tablet can my mom take to reduce her menstrual pain? and is it not safe to take meftal for my mom,?
