Good Morning To All. Im A 30 Yr Old Male

good morning to all. im a 30 yr old male with a bad abcsess in my left cheek. (broken tooth) on antibiotics since saterday. my swelling is getting bigger and even my chin and neck is swelling now. woke up this morning with a anoying heart burn and my throat is sore. i feel on fire. plz any advice will b appreciated.
