yesterday I had what I thought was a cold sore coming (wasn't sure since I have never had one) in the corner of my mouth. When I looked in the mirror there was a white head. I assumed it was a pimple and popped it. It was so aggravating all through the night. I have also had a head ache on my left side and my teeth felt funny. This morning the "pimple" grew and my neck is swollen on the left side and sore to the touch.
What is this?
