between my upper thighs and the lower part of my vagina is pink. I am a black woman and I have been suffering from chafing between my upper thighs near my vagina. Unfortunately my legs do not rub but the fold of the skin by my upper thighs tough my vagina and that area is pink. Tell me what I can do Doctor to aide healing
