Goodday, My 12 Year Old Son, Is In His Purberty

goodday, my 12 year old son, is in his purberty time, he really eats a lot and growing taller, the problem is, he keeps complaining that, his left foot is in pain, tried x-rays, the othopaedics Dr says, he is growing too fast, thus muscles and bones pressing against each others, really appreciate your kind advise.
