Goodmorning , My Dad Has Just Been Diagnosed With Full

goodmorning , my dad has just been diagnosed with full blown cancer. our local doctors say that they cannot give him chemo but has prescribed morphine. problem is , that morphine doesnt seem to help with the pain. he has now sever nausea and no appetite. how can i best help him ?
