Got A Feeling Like I Took In Too Much Smog

got a feeling like I took in too much smog where there is a feeling in my stomach that makes me feel like I cant catch my breath but am having no problems breathing. Had double knee surgery and my eyes have not been right since. When I eat I feel like there is space between what I see and who I am. Not sure if any of this is connected.bob
