Got My Period This Past Month, And I Just Got

got my period this past month, and i just got off it a week ago. Exactly. My boyfriend and i have unprotected sex and we dont pull out. I take a birth control pill, ortho tricycline, but I missed last months pills, and one day this first week. I've been nauseous when i wake up, the smell of cigarette smoke or certain foods at my job make me nauseous. I've been exausted, and have had pounding headaches. My Boobs have been a little tender lately, my boyfriend even noticed. I've been having unusual cramp like feeling but it's not severe, it's like I have gas, but I havent. I've also been peeing frequently for about three days now, to the point where I feel like I have to go when i get the feeling. Now I have spotting. Could I be pregnant?
