gud afternoon sir, I m Himmat singh negi, facing chest pain from last 3 years, after check up doctor told me your heart is healthy and no problem in your heart, may be it is sometime due to muscles contraction, and also diagnosis with Troponin. but result was good no problems in the arteries and heart still facing the same problem its a pain like some person is just pointing with the fork in the chest, sir I am totally in a confusion about this pain please help me sir my x-ray ECG and Troponin result was negative, , , help me sir please what to do
