HI I Recently Went To A Show And Took About

hI I recently went to a show and took about .5 of molly or mdma. and when I got back to the hotel is started to feel really confused, I started feeling nausea. I got supper cold. my heart beat was very low.and not steady at all whenever I walkedon't around I could feel my heart pounding. my hands toes arms knees got purple, but my chest area was always really warm. I've been having green/brown vomit. I've looked it up and I feel it is water intoxication aND mdma overdose ? am I goona die, still happening 2 days later
