HI I Would Like To Know How Can A 11

hI I would like to know how can a 11 year old boy get Acinetobacter Baumanni and MRSA . HE got up one morning with 3 small red dots on the bottom of his foot ,that started to look like blister then they started draning and now its just this big wound that keeps spreading ,he did have 10 days of Bactrim ,but a swab was done because it started to have a foul odor to it and the results came to what I said in the beginning .
