Had A Blood Draw For A CBC. What Is Usually

had a blood draw for a CBC. What is usually a very non-painful event turned out to be very painful. Almost immediately after retracting the needle, a hard knot appeared under the skin. This was visible and accompanied with soreness and painfulness for several days. Now I have a 2" square dark blue bruise at the needle point. What did this tech do to me?
