Had A Car Accident 2 Weeks Ago Air Bags Deployed

had a car accident 2 weeks ago air bags deployed and seat beat black and blues on chest. went to hospital and had an xray nothing broken. been going to chiropractor and taking motrin 600. when i take pills i feel fine as soon as they where off, I feel like a heaviness on my chest. I can breath in and out with no pain. should I be worried about anything except a sprain?
