Had A Cold, Flu-like Symptoms For A Few Days.....treated It

had a cold, flu-like symptoms for a few days.....treated it myself with garlic, onions, vitamin C zinc, etc.....usually passes within a day or 3......now 2 weeks later, and my head's pressure is still not right....nostrils mostly clear, but persistent ringing in ears
