Had A Ct To Determine Hernia Vs Distasis Recti And

had a ct to determine hernia vs distasis recti and two liver lessions found. Doctor didnt really say anymore about it other than they can possibly be cysts. how do we know? What could have caused these? Should I do anything further. I do have occasional discomfort in my Upper right quadrant area below rib cage. US is going to be done but to check my gallbladder.
