Had A Pap Smear On Thursday, Cramping Afterwards But No

had a pap smear on thursday, cramping afterwards but no bleeding. almost 24 hours later I had moderate bleeding and cramping from Friday till Sunday night. It finally stopped completely on Monday, but then returned 24 hours later with no cramping. I have not had my period since delivering my baby via c-section 10 months ago.
