Had A Pimple/bump Growing Under My Right Breast, I Didn't

had a pimple/bump growing under my right breast, I didn't notice it until a few weeks ago last night decide to press on it and when I did a bunch of black stuff came from it, it leave a hole and some white stuff to. but this morning noticed its closed should I be concerned I had a biopsy and lump removed on the same breast
