had a sinus infection approx. 1+ weeks ago. antibiotics. gone. approx. 5 days ago started sore throat again. saw dr. tues. throat looked ok, perhaps just post-nasal drip. suggestion for otc sinus meds. today more sore and throat feels like tightening at back. (not from an allergy of anything). no fever.. no other symptoms.
