Had A Surgical Abortion 3 Days Ago, Had Brownish Discharge

had a surgical abortion 3 days ago, had brownish discharge the first 2 days, now its white/light yellow. i was 5 weeks pregnant when i got the procedure done. is this normal? im also experiencing sharp abdominal pain, bloating, and lower back cramping sometimes
