Had D&c Done 9 Months Ago. Got Preggo The Same

had d&c done 9 months ago. Got preggo the same day IUD was taken out. We are trying with no results. I know Im ovulating from the test strips. Is there anything that will boost my chances? I'm a healthy weight, exercise almost daily, I have a couple drinks throughout the week but nothing extreme.
