Had Full Hystectomy 2007& Bladder Prolapse Surgery 2013; Not Much

had full hystectomy 2007& bladder prolapse surgery 2013; not much sex in past 2 yrs. husband had brain tumor removed & was down for a while but we are ready & it hurts me very much as well as stings or burns; he is quite large & cannot insert his penis all the way as it hurts me so bad; we both want to be sexually active again what can help me?? Would appreciate some good advice I prescribed premarin & a lotion to insert in vagina but havent been using it as I should have been since so many things have been going on in our life recently
