Had Large Hemmoroids Which I Was Seen For Before Leaving

had large hemmoroids which i was seen for before leaving on trip 2 weeks ago. they are "inside" but right at the sphincter (sp). have been using nupercanal per dr instruction, but bleed such an amount that i need a liner from time to time. Do i stay the course and continue to use nupercanal, or get seen again?
