Had Unprotected Sex While I Was Not Ovulating.. Did Finish

had unprotected sex while i was not ovulating.. did finish inside but just in case i took plan b within 14 hours of incident. five days later I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. about 9 days later i started having brown gooey discharge.. is this normal? is this my period or could i be pregnant?
