Hai...iam From Malaysia...just Doing Laparascopy Cystectomy...and They Remove My Left

hai...iam from malaysia...just doing laparascopy cystectomy...and they remove my left ovary and tube...i have infection in my tube hydrosalphinx. so right now my right side pelvic hurt. iam afraid if i had infection at my right falopio...1 week before i already see my doctor and scan after 3 month i doing my operation....and my doctor inject sonething to stop my period for 3month...and from the scan it show nothing...normal uterus n no cyst symptom...but iam just scared....if my problem at right side pelvic relate with the hydrosalphinx symptom....iam afraid if their will remove my right side ovary..because only right ovary i have...please docter...
