Haii..i Am 23 Years Old...i Married Before 5 Months....in August

haii..i am 23 years old...i married before 5 months....in august i got periods but in october i didnt get.....i had tried eating papaya but still am not getting periods n my stomach ache comes sometimes.....i did pregnanat test also but it shows negative itself...please give me a suggestion dat wat should i have to do to get periods
