Hallo..my Name Is Jessica. 28 Yr Old Caucasian,with Severe Diarrhea

hallo..my name is Jessica. 28 yr old Caucasian,with severe diarrhea and abdominal cramping. the diarrhea is in large amount foul smelling yellow or brown..not sure of that colour and has been happening on and off. there is bloating and the abdomen sometimes is painful if I touch,below belly button. when I take milk it relieves the pain...what could be wrong?
