Halooo...i Came To Know That I Am Pregnant At 6th

halooo...i came to know that i am pregnant at 6th week...we did scanning and it showed as am having small sac..after 2 weeks it was started to bleed n ends with miscarriage...now am very much worried abt my next baby..will it affect my next pregnancy or do i have to monitor any blood test or genetic tests?please replay me at the earliest....
