Have 7 Days Off Spring Break As Elementary School Full

have 7 days off spring break as elementary school full time custodian. 2nd shift, till midnight. during time off I am also off sleep aids and pain meds, over-the-counter and am seeking a simple exercise regiment to begin tonight while I watch a movie. I am in muscle pain while at work and having this time off, it makes a remarkably noticeable difference in everything, sleep, pain, ect.
